Welcome to my Kitchen! Ethnic Cooking Made Easy

It's Sunday. The day a lot of us do our grocery shopping. What are you going to buy to cook this week?

What amazes me most about food is all the different combinations of ingredients and spices that are possible. If you spent every day of your life cooking, you would just begin to touch upon all the dishes that exist throughout the world. With these unlimited possibilities, we should never get bored with our dinners.

I will be picking a different county of the world at random for each blog post, and choosing a simple, traditional dish from that country. Ethnic cooking can be intimidating, but not at Tessa's International Cafe! I'll be sure that all ingredients can be found at any major grocery store in the U.S., and that someone with minimal cooking skills will be able to make it successfully.

There's nothing wrong with your typical meat and potato American dinners, but please turn to my blog when you're looking for some variety. You're sure to stumble upon recipes you would have never imagined!
